Workers Comp Benefits For Injured Workers In PA

Lancaster Workers Compensation CaseWorkers compensation benefits are meant to provide financial support for injured employees while they recover from their injuries. Under PA workers comp laws, all employees who become injured at their workplace, or in the process of work, are entitled to receive workers compensation benefits.

Workers comp benefits are provided in the form of cash payments that can help pay for medical costs, a portion of lost income and other expenses associated with a work injury. Although these benefits are technically available to all employees injured in the course of work in the State of Pennsylvania, the reality is that many injured workers are unable to get the benefits that they are entitled to.

That is why it is so important to contact an experienced workers compensation lawyer immediately after you suffer a work-related injury or illness.
